Top Gun features NRA certified instructors to teach proper firearm safety, handling, and self defense skills. We offer a unique smaller classroom setting that allows the instructors to spend more time with each student. After reviewing the required course material our classes spend a generous amount of time handling actual firearms and other various equipment. Students will practice loading a magazine with safe training cartridges, using the functions of the firearm, and practicing grip and stance. We finish it off with a dry fire practice session using the newly learned skills on our laser target system, all before heading to the actual range. We understand that live fire training can be stressful to some, so we try and remove that element with thorough training in the classroom so students have less to worry about when we head to the range.
